- take quick breaks
Dont's
- AI USAGE IS BANNED ,This includes, but is not limited to ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude etc and other AI assistants/tools
- Collaboration is not allowed on the problems
- internet search for solutions is not allowed
